- Job Description:
1. Regularly monitor and search for fresh tender notices and opportunities relevant to the organization's services or products.
2. Maintain a database of upcoming tenders and their key details.
3. Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid documents in a timely manner.
4. Site Visit, Pre-bid Meeting, OEM Communication, Design-Solution, Technical & Commercial documentations, Cost Sheet Preparation.
5. Ensure accurate submission of bid documents before deadlines.
6. Prepare application documents to get empaneled with various organizations or government bodies.
7. Keep track of empanelment status and renewals.
8. Provide timely and competitive quotations to customers.
9. Site Survey, Client Meeting, Design, Solution, Proper Costing.
10. Prepare accurate financial estimates for projects.
11. Monitor technical and price bid openings by customers.
12. Keep track of bid evaluation processes. Submission of Shortfall Documents.
13. Follow up with tender-inviting authorities for the refund of earnest money deposits.
14. Maintain records of refund requests and status.
15. Check orders and Letters of Intent (LOIs) for accuracy and completeness.
16. Verify supporting documents, including tender documents, price bids, cost sheets, technical specifications, and designs.
17. Actively contribute to business generation through tender participation.
18. Cultivate contacts and references to explore new business opportunities.
19. Communicate with OEM’s & Existing Clients.
